Randle Carter has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of Information Technology. His innovative approach to system development and integrations has earned him a ranking alongside the technology industry’s fastest growing talents. He has provided his expertise to a number of high profile clients, including City of Chicago’s Department of Aviation (O’Hare and Midway Airports), law firms, medical centers, universities, social/religious organizations and Fortune 500 corporations.
As a personal passion, Mr. Carter has created Mentoring Youth Through Technology (MYTT) to inspire, educate and mentor our youth and to expand their interest in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S.T.E.M). Originally created as a mentoring program, MYTT has taken on a life of its own. Now a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, MYTT has provided school enrichment programs, technology career training, STEM summer camps and annual youth technology conferences across the US. The exposure to technology has proven to be invaluable as youth are now expressing interest in technology because of their interaction and involvement in the programs presented by Mr. Carter on behalf of MYTT.
